The latest USA TODAY Sports and AVCA boys volleyball regional rankings for Week 10 of the 2026 season have been released, highlighting the top high school teams across the United States.
The rankings are divided into four regions: West, Midwest, Northeast, and South. The best teams from each region will qualify for the Super 25 national boys volleyball rankings later in the season.
The list shows strong competition across the country, with several undefeated or near-perfect teams leading their regions.
In the West Region, Mira Costa High School boys volleyball continues to hold the top spot with a strong 32–2 record. The California-based team remains one of the most dominant programs in the country.
They are followed by Loyola High School boys volleyball at number two, while Huntington Beach High School boys volleyball sits in third place.
Other top West Region teams include Redondo Union High School, The Bishop’s School in San Diego, and Corona Del Mar High School. Arizona’s Perry High School also stands out with an impressive 35–2–1 record.
In the Midwest Region, Saint Xavier High School boys volleyball leads the rankings with a perfect 27–0 record.
Close behind are Glenbard West High School and Oak Park River Forest High School from Illinois, both showing strong seasons with only a few losses.
Grand Haven High School boys volleyball also remains unbeaten at 29–0, highlighting the competitive balance in the Midwest.
Several Illinois schools continue to dominate the region, including Marist High School, Libertyville High School, and Wheaton Warrenville South.
The Northeast Region is led by Meadville High School boys volleyball, which holds a perfect 10–0 record.
Other top-performing teams include North Allegheny High School, Monroe Township High School, and Brookline High School from Massachusetts.
Several Connecticut schools also feature strongly in the top 10, including Shelton High School, New Canaan High School, and Maloney High School, all showing strong early-season form.
In the South Region, Academy of Central Florida boys volleyball holds the number one spot with a 21–2 record.
Florida schools continue to dominate the region, with Lake Brantley High School, Horizon High School, and Freedom High School all ranked in the top five.
West Forsyth High School boys volleyball stands out with a perfect 26–0 record, making it one of the strongest teams in the South Region.
Other top teams include Sports Leadership and Management Academy in Tampa and Columbus High School in Miami.
Jonathan Edwards Classical Academy in Tennessee also impressed with an 18–1 record, while Varela High School in Miami rounds out the regional top 10.
These rankings reflect the growing competitiveness of boys high school volleyball across the United States.
California continues to be a major powerhouse in the West Region, while Illinois and Indiana schools remain strong forces in the Midwest.
In the Northeast, smaller but highly competitive programs are producing unbeaten or near-unbeaten teams.
Meanwhile, Florida continues to dominate the South Region with multiple top-ranked teams.
