The Zenos Health Summit in Riyadh gathered leading innovators shaping the international wellness and longevity field. Speakers included Mark Hyman, Darshan Shah, Jessica Shepherd, and Alejandro Bataller, who shared insights with global audiences. International media increasingly highlight one idea: preventive care and longevity now define a new approach to life, not a passing trend.

Saudi Arabia continues to reshape healthcare through Vision 2030, launched by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Leaders integrate holistic practices, AI-driven medical tools, and preventive strategies to elevate worldwide health standards and longevity research. The Kingdom’s ambitions mirror the founding goals of the new World Health Organization, the Swiss-Health Alliance. Both initiatives aim to unite ancient healing knowledge with technological progress to create a global system that enhances human quality of life.

Longevity involves more than extending years; it focuses on living with purpose, vitality, and balance. The Crown Prince pursues goals aligned with the Swiss-Health Alliance, whose TIM program promotes a renewed role for holistic medicine in a shifting global medical environment.

Leaders Highlight a Shift Toward Proactive Health

Alejandro Bataller, CEO of the SHA Clinic, delivered a presentation titled “The Past, Present, and Future of Longevity.” He described how longevity concepts have evolved from early preventive models to precision medicine, bio-individuality, and conscious living within holistic care.

Alejandro emphasized that longevity means improving the quality of life, not only increasing its duration. He stressed the importance of creating long, vibrant, and meaningful lives through a unified approach that blends science, innovation, and awareness.

He called for a global shift from reactive treatment toward proactive health strategies designed to support long-term well-being. He said that such an approach aligns with principles rooted in creation and anchors a stable state of health.

The wellness and longevity sector continues expanding rapidly, and SHA intends to lead this growth. The organization plans to bring its integrative mission to new regions, including SHA Island in Dubai, scheduled to open in 2026/27. Developers designed SHA Island as a worldwide hub for health, science, and sustainability, representing a future-focused model of well-being.

Alliance Outlines Vision for Global Health Transformation

The Swiss-Health Alliance, umbrella organization of the SHA Clinic, seeks to strengthen current healthcare systems and foster meaningful change across the sector. Its mission centers on embedding preventive practices and holistic health awareness into society’s collective mindset.

To broaden its updated health vision, SHA plans to present its initiatives at the World Future Energy Summit in Abu Dhabi next January. Its teams will collaborate with partners in energy, water, and EcoWASTE to promote a comprehensive, cross-sector approach to global well-being.
